“While officer was speaking with complainant, Hampton walked into the residence and began to argue with her,” the report read. “Hampton then spit on complainant and threw a glass bottle at her.”

Hampton and the complainant then began to get into a “physical confrontation.”

“The officer ordered both of them to separate,” the report continued. “Both refused my commands. Defendant began to swing at the officer with her legs and arms striking.”

Hampton was held on $10,000 bond. She entered a plea of nolo contendere, which means accepting a conviction as though guilty but not admitting guilt. She was placed on probation for 12 months.

Hampton told Bossip of the arrests in 2011, “Let me first state that I am not ashamed of my past as that has helped me become a better woman today. We all have a past and my hard-knock childhood in and out of the Foster Care system is a reflection on a bigger issue we are faced with here in America, a broken Foster Care system. My present charge in life is to live with God in my heart and help young women especially from the foster care system avoid the challenges I faced. I’m more then just what is being said of me and I have a story to tell.”

Hampton has a history of violent behavior even on the show. Back in 2014, she threw a water bottle at NeNe Leakes.

“Marlo showed me her street side that everyone talks about!” Leakes wrote. “Yes you can put lipstick on a pig but it is still a pig!”
