Meghan Markle's Brother Tells The Queen His Sister And Harry Should Reign!

Should Prince Harry and Meghan Markle jump the royal line -- and become King and Queen instead of Prince William and his wife Kate Middleton?

That's what Meghan Markle's loose cannon half brother has suggested to Queen Elizabethin an explosive letter obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com!

In one section of his outrageous July 8 note, Thomas Jr. insultingly wrote to the monarch, "With Meghan's determination and Harry's charismatic personality above William, Harry and Meghan would be a great king & queen some day and make the Royal Family proud."

William, 36, is next in line to the throne behind his father, the 92-year-old Queen's son Prince Charles, 69, who is married to second wife Camilla, 71.

But that doesn't matter to Thomas Jr., who, like his father Thomas Sr., has caused embarrassment for Meghan, 36.

Thomas Sr., 74, has been estranged from his daughter following her wedding to Prince Harry, 33.

The retired former Hollywood lighting expert didn't attend the nuptials following a staged photo scandal and emergency heart surgery.

Later, a source told RadarOnline.com that Thomas Sr.'s controversial comments to the press got him banned from any contact with the royal family.

The royals were "shocked and blindsided" when Meghan's reclusive dad, who lives Mexico, told journalist Piers Morgan about his chats with Prince Harry about politics and other touchy topics meant to be kept private.

Now his son Thomas Jr. has sent a shocking letter to the Queen making bizarre demands regarding Meghan!

He begged the Queen in the same letter to give their father a title—and let him see his daughter before it's too late, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Thomas Jr.'s odd note also claimed that loved ones are terrified that Meghan will go to an early grave just like her husband's mom, Princess Diana—if she refuses to fall in line with the royal family.
