Joe Jackson will be laid to rest on Monday, July 2, and RadarOnline.com learned exclusively a staggering amount of celebrities have turned down the invitation to say their last goodbyes to the Jackson family patriarch.

A-list stars ranging from Bruno Mars to Jay Z won't be showing up to pay tribute to Joe at the ceremony taking place at Forest Lawn in Los Angeles, CA.

"The list is very long of those who said they can't make it!" an informant told RadarOnline.com exclusively.

Another source close to the family told RadarOnline.com multiple people in the entertainment industry were invited but the likelihood of them showing up is "slim." The list of no-shows goes on — Diana Ross, Liza Minnelli, Quincy Jones, Celine Dion and Paul McCartney are all said to be snubbing the star at his final farewell.

One famous face is said to be in attendance, however — sources reveal Al Sharpton will attend and may even give the eulogy.

As previously reported by RadarOnline.com exclusively, Joe's death caused a deep rift in the already divided family. Paris and aunt Janet Jackson, 52, were reportedly in a bitter battle with each other over Joe’s funeral.

Joe died at age 89 on June 27 after a battle with cancer, leaving behind a complicated legacy as the patriarch of perhaps the most famous music family in modern history.

Joe was diagnosed with aggressive colon cancer in December 2017.

“They found a tumor,” a source told RadarOnline.com. “Joe finally broke down and told his wife, Katherine, who filled in the kids. He says he’s strong, but he doesn’t have long because the cancer has been very aggressive.”

Joe has also had a number of health problems through the years that include a blood clot in his leg, three heart attacks and a stroke.

The death came two days after the anniversary of his son Michael’s death in 2009.
