Just weeks after confessing she relapsed in her drugs and alcohol battle, Demi Lovato has fired her longtime manager, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.

The troubled singer dumped Phil McIntyre “in the middle of her tour,” a source told RadarOnline.com. “She wanted to go in a different direction, and decided to completely severe ties with him.”

The source insisted the star is attempting to pull herself back to a good, sober place.

“She is focused on surrounding herself with positivity and accountability,” the insider explained.

Last month, RadarOnline.com exclusively reported that Lovato, 25, had cut ties with her rehab business, CAST Recovery, after years of close partnership and friendship with the center’s founder, Mike Bayer.

“They are in a bitter dispute over money and branding,” a source told RadarOnline.com, adding that Lovato’s contract demanded she stay sober in order to remain involved with the company.
