Roseanne Barr Reveals On Podcast That She Got No Money From Show Cancellation
Shamed Roseanne Barr says she did not profit from her axing over racial slurs.
Barr spoke to Stand Up NY's Rabbi Shmuley Boteach podcast claiming that she did the right thing after the cancellation.
She said: "I asked for nothing and that is penance."
The 65-year-old was earning $250,000 an episode but got nothing when it was taken off the air.
She told the podcast that she had put 'a lot of thought' into her departure and that it was fair she received nothing.
