Anthony Bourdain’s girlfriend Asia Argento is speaking out—hours after his shocking suicide death.
“Anthony gave all of himself in everything that he did. His brilliant, fearless spirit touched and inspired so many, ad his generosity knew no bounds. He was my love, my rock, my protector. I am beyond devastated. My thoughts are with his family. I would ask that you respect their privacy and mine,” wrote the actress in a Twitter statement this Friday afternoon.
Argento’s statement came after fans were shocked by her cryptic Instagram story, which she posted Thursday night. In it, the actress was wearing a black T-shirt that read “F**K EVERYONE.” In the caption she wrote: “You know who you are.”
After Bourdain’s death, Argento, 42, deleted the photo.
A source close to Argento exclusively told RadarOnline.com that the Italian beauty "cannot believe that Anthony would have taken his own life.”
The insider added that the rumors of Argento having another boyfriend were completely untrue.
She is currently “grieving in private but she has a lot of close friends who are ready for her when she reaches out.”
