It's clear there will be a big birthday party for the boy, as Matt wrote as an Instagram caption to fans alongside a photo of Jackson on Friday night, "Getting everything ready for this little farmers one year birthday celebration tomorrow.... Amy will no doubt share her warm feelings about Jackson's birthday soon!

Jackson has become a big attraction on the Roloff family's reality TV show as fans watch his development.

The adorable tot, also called "Baby J" by his parents, was born with achondroplasia, a form of dwarfism. Amy, Matt, and Jackson's proud dad Zach are all also dwarfs. Although the baby was born at a healthy weight of 9 pounds, 1 ounce, and was 20.5 inches long, Jackson will be short in stature as he ages.

Jackson was born via c-section on May 12, 2017. He had a 50-50 chance of inheriting the dwarfism gene from Zach, as his wife Tori is a regular sized person.

Zach and Tori announced that he was born with achondroplasia in a TLC video blog. They hope Jackson doesn't suffer the medical issues that Zach has due to his dwarfism. Males with achondroplasia generally grow to be about four feet, four inches tall.

"I had to have leg straightening, so I had two casts on. Then I had to go back into surgery sophomore year of high school, they added screws to the leg," Zach has said on a LPBW episode.

Tori has admitted, "It is scary. No parent wants to hear that their child is different, no matter what. I think as a parent, it would be scary. If you didn’t know anything about dwarfism and you found out your child was a dwarf, that would be scary. There are certain things that come along with having an achondroplasia child that would be more difficult than having a child that was average height."

But she also told PEOPLE, "He's happy and healthy. That's all that matters."

While Jackson's grandparents have been shown feuding on the farm all season as they continue to deal with the fallout from their divorce and dating other partners, the birthday party should mean a truce today between Matt and Amy.
