Inside Kate’s Desperate Race To Shed Her Baby Weight
Kate Middleton has a perfect excuse for letting herself go – her new baby boy. But Closer Magazine reports the Duchess of Cambridge won’t let the birth of Prince Louis keep her from dazzling at Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s upcoming big day.
“Kate wants to look her absolute best for the wedding,” an insider told the publication. “Naturally, she doesn’t want to overshadow Meghan, but it's important she feels confident at such a huge occasion. She's already been speaking with her stylist about what to wear.”
As RadarOnline.com readers know, Middleton, 36, gave birth to her third child late last month. Louis Arthur Charles, or simply, Prince Louis, joins Prince George, 4, and Princess Charlotte, 2, in the family. Now the Duchess is working hard to shed her baby weight before the next royal wedding on May 19.
“While she’s settling in with the baby, Kate's planning some gentle routines with her personal trainer to ease her back into exercise,” the insider added. “She's a big fan of power walking and loves swimming.”

Lucky for Kate, the family's Kensington Palace apartment comes complete with a gym, which she can use for gentle workouts. And the insider points out Middleton is also keeping a close eye on what she eats.
"Kate’s eating a super-healthy diet full of lean proteins, fruit and vegetables. She wants plenty of energy for the new baby, but she's also eating clean so she can Iook her best."
