Ben's Nightmare! Jennifer Garner and Lindsay Shookus Team Up Against Affleck

Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck’s new girlfriend Lindsay Shookus are finally on the same page when it comes to the troubled actor.

The two women are keeping him in check when it comes to his social media commentary, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

According to a source, the Batman star’s recent online rant at photographers didn’t sit well with Garner or Shookus.

On May 6, the 45-year-old father of three took to Instagram after photographers snapped him going to church with kids Violet, 12, Seraphina, 9, and Samuel, 6.

“Still not sure what is urgently newsworthy about a middle-aged man taking his kids to church,” he grumbled.

According to a source, his Saturday Night Live producer gal pal Shookus, 37, immediately scolded him.

“Lindsay told him he doesn’t want to come off negatively like other celebrities when they spout off on their social media," the source said. "It doesn’t make him look good. They argued about it.”

Behind the scenes, his estranged wife Garner, 46, is “furious,” added the source, mostly because the issue involves their children.

“She feels by taunting photographers he’s just bringing more attention. She told him he can do what he wants on his own time, but not when it comes to the kids," the source explained.

Fortunately for Shookus and Garner, Affleck said he won’t let his emotions spill over social media again.

“He’s super remorseful and wants to make it right," the source insisted.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Garner was once weary of Shookus, who began dating Affleck last summer when he was still attempting to reconcile with his ex-wife.

Garner finally met Shookus in November after initially refusing to let his ex's girlfriend meet their kids.
