Pregnant Kenya Moore Underwent Years Of Fertility Treatments: 'I'm So Cautious'
Kenya Moore announced she is welcoming her first child on The Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion. The 47-year-old told all on the fertility treatments she underwent to ensure she would be able to conceive with her husband Marc Daly.
"I feel pretty good," she said on Instagram live. "No I don't have a surrogate. I'm a smart girl. I have been wanting a family of my own for a very long time."
Moore explained that when she was 40 years old, she began seeing fertility specialists.
"I know how freeze eggs and take certain supplements to increase my body's chances of being a healthy environment and to produce fresh eggs," she explained. "This is a happy time for me and I'm not going to entertain nonsense."
Although Moore explained how she's "so cautious right now" and that she wants to keep most of her pregnancy under wraps, she is open to sharing her journals and sonograms with fans.

RadarOnline.com reported exclusive details on the baby announcement in March.
"Kenya was getting grilled about her secret marriage and Andy Cohen point blank asked if she was pregnant," a show insider told RadarOnline.com. "Andy asked her about being spotted at the fertility clinic and said: 'Are you pregnant?' And Kenya said, 'Yes.'"
On part one of the reunion, Moore told the show's host, "We will definitely be welcoming a boy or girl in late this year. Oh my God, I said that! I don't want to talk about the details because I'm still very nervous about everything so I want to get past a safe place."
Moore married husband Daly in a secret ceremony in St. Lucia 10 months ago.
