John McCain Has Blood Clot Surgery – Delays Obamacare Vote
US Senator John McCain got surgery to remove a blood clot from above his left eye, RadarOnline.com can reveal.
And his health crisis has forced the Republican led senate to delay a vote to replace Obamacare.
McCain's office would not comment about when he will be fit to return to Washington for the vital vote.
The 80-year-old will remain in Arizona next week to recuperate from a medical procedure that removed a 2-inch blood clot above his left eye, his office announced in a statement on Saturday.
