Ono, 83, needed help walking while leaving lunch with Jon Hendricks.
RadarOnline.com reported in February that she was hospitalized for “flu like symptoms.”
Her son, Sean Lennon, later slammed reports that she had suffered a stroke.
She was treated in the same hospital that her late husband died in.
