After a major marriage breakdown, Scheana Shay filed for divorce from her husband Mike, RadarOnline.com reported last night. And now, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal the Vanderpump Rules star’s shocking papers.

The 31-year-old SUR waitress, who filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on November 30, requested a dissolution from her husband of just over two years.

THE PROOF: READ THE COURT DOCUMENTS

She listed the date of separation as November 9. As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Mike, known on the Bravo show as “Shay,” left home during the first week of November after a blowout fight with his wife.

Scheana blamed “irreconcilable differences” for their split, and did not check off any boxes for spousal support.

The reality star said she may amend the petition regarding separate and community property.

Despite reports that Shay, 29, had relapsed on drugs, spurring their separation, a source close to the musician insisted he’s sober and doing well.

“He’s doing great,” a family member claimed. “He’s focusing on his family and music.”
