Fresh Start? Mike & Scheana Shay Settle Divorce Deal In Time For New Year

A California court received the reality star’s judgment packet with Mike Shay on December 20, but a judge has yet to sign off on their divorce deal. The couple could be waiting up to six months for an answer.
Scheana, 31, filed to end their two-year marriage on November 30 after Mike, 28, allegedly went missing and stole money out of their joint account. She listed their date of separation as November 9 — just days after the Vanderpump Rules season premiere.
His bandmates claimed she filed for divorce as a ploy for ratings, and insiders revealed that filming for the current season resumed to capture their split.
The couple tied the knot on the Bravo show despite Mike’s substance abuse problem, and addressed his sobriety issues during the season four reunion. Now, his friends are worried about his sobriety, but his family insisted to RadarOnline.com that he was clean at the time of their split.
