Brad Pitt is fighting back against Angelina Jolie in their bitter divorce, filing court papers requesting joint physical and legal custody of their six children.
Pitt, 52, reportedly filed his response to Jolie's petition and asked the judge to grant him shared custody of the children. When Jolie, 41, shockingly filed for divorce in September she requested sole custody of Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and 8-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox.
Although a temporary custody plan was established last month, one which would require Pitt to meet with his children only under supervision, and to undergo voluntary drug and alcohol testing.
But insiders told RadarOnline.com a final plan has not yet been reached.
According to reports, the issues stem from an alleged incident that took place between a boozed-up Pitt and one of the kids on a private plane on September 14, 2016.
