Bobby Brown: 'Nick Gordon Should Be In Prison!'

The singer slams late Bobbi Kristina's shamed boyfriend.

Bobby Brown won’t be satisfied about daughter Bobbi Kristina‘s tragic death until her boyfriend, Nick Gordon, is put behind bars.

“I think he should be in prison,” Brown told Dr. Oz on the show, airing Thursday, according to Page Six. “We’re not after any money.”

As Radar reported, the judge in the wrongful death lawsuit filed by Brown’s estate issued a summary judgment in the family’s favor on September 16, by default, after Gordon was a no-show to the hearing.

As part of the ruling, Gordon will have to pay the estate’s attorneys fees, and a jury trial will be scheduled to determine how much he will have to pay in damages. Brown’s estate had asked for upwards of $50 million. Gordon continues to deny any involvement in Bobbi Kristina’s death.

“I don’t know the specifics of what happened, but as the judge has said, he is legally responsible,” Brown told pastor T.D. Jakes during an interview in September. “I know some things that happened to my daughter, but it’s up to the D.A. now to do his job.”

As Radar readers know, Bobbi Kristina was found unresponsive in a bathtub of her home in January 2015, under eerily similar circumstances to her late mother, Whitney Houston. She died that July after remaining in a coma for six months.

“My daughter was afraid of tubs because of what happened to her mom. So I know she wouldn’t have gotten in the tub,” Brown revealed. “I mean it’s crazy because the tub wasn’t even full of water. It had a dustpan in it, in the bottom of the tub.”

As for filing criminal charges against Gordon, Brown has tried to remain patient: “Just knowing that he’s legally responsible for my daughter’s death has given me a bit of calmness to waiting for that D.A. There’s a lot of strange things that will come out in the criminal charges against Nick.”
