Jenelle Evans may be pregnant and alone! Court papers exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com reveal the Teen Mom 2 star's boyfriend David Eason has been sentenced to 60 days in prison after violating a domestic violence protective order.

On March 24, 2016, Eason ran into his son at a grocery store and violated the order his ex-girlfriend filed against him on October 30, 2015.

"Defendant was in the same location as his child, who was out with his grandmother and aunt when defendant approached and hugged his child," the warrant obtained from the New Hanover Clerk of Court's Office read.

The child's grandmother and aunt became "frightened" when he "grabbed" his son after he was told to move away from him.

He was arrested on March 28 and was taken into custody at the New Hanover County Detention Facility in Castle Hayne, North Carolina.

Eason, who is also father to daughter Maryssa from a previous relationship, pled not guilty during his September 13th court hearing, but a judge found him guilty of the crime.

He was sentenced to 60 days in prison.

But Evans, who is due to give birth to their first child together, Ensley Jolie, in January, may not be alone for her delivery!

Eason appealed the ruling to the Superior Court. A court case for the appeal has not been scheduled yet.

The domestic violence protective order was granted after Eason became violent with his baby mama on April 19, 2014.

"The Defendant did assault redacted, a female person, by grabbing the victim around the throat and saying to the victim, 'I will kill you b****,'" documents obtained from the New Hanover Clerk of Court's Office read.

He was arrested in May 2014 and was found not guilty.
