Brad Pitt may have been blindsided when Angelina Jolie filed for divorce on Sept. 20, but an even worse nightmare came to life when he was slapped with a child abuse scandal barely a day later.

After it was revealed that the FBI was looking into his alleged violent behavior in front of his six children — Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, Vivenne and Knox Jolie-Pitt, 8 — new reports now claim the FBI won’t be prosecuting the 52-year-old actor. Even more shocking, the FBI reportedly said that the case didn’t exist in the first place.

As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, Pitt and Jolie, 41, may have been secretly working out a tentative custody agreement. A source told RadarOnline.com that Pitt “volunteered to do drug and alcohol testing” even though he “was not required.”

The secret negotiations — which also included Pitt voluntarily seeking individual counseling — were already in motion barely a week after their divorce shook Hollywood.
