Amber Portwood's future stepson is worse than anyone knows! After RadarOnline.com exclusively uncovered a series of past arrests including grand theft, possession of marijuana and more, new court papers reveal other shocking charges!
In court papers exclusively obtained from the County of Yankton Clerk of Court, Chris Baier was charged with possession of marijuana — less than two ounces — on November 19, 2011.
He was found guilty of the charge after accepting a plea deal. On November 6, 2013, he was sentenced to 12 days in jail and ordered to pay $129 in fines.
He was also charged with possession of marijuana — less than two ounces — and possession of alcohol by a minor back on April 10, 2010.
He was found guilty of both counts after accepting a plea deal. Chris was ordered to pay $572 in fines and had his driver's license suspended for 60 days.
Drugs aren't his only vice. On October 24, 2009, he was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor when he "did cause, encourage or contribute to the delinquency of a child by assisting the child in running away from home."
He pled guilty to one count of contributing to abuse, neglect or delinquency.
He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, but ended up serving probation during that time instead. He was also ordered to pay $363 in fines.
As RadarOnline.com recently reported, he was also charged with one count of grand theft, one count of forgery and one count of petty theft after stealing thousands at a house party.
Matt Baier's son was placed on probation for 30 months and forced to pay $1,121 in fines.
He was charged with possession of marijuana again on November 5, 2013 and was placed on 360 days of probation.
On April 12, 2015, he was charged with intentional damage to property $400 or less. He was placed on probation again for 360 days and was ordered to pay $166 in fines.
Chris will appear on the current season of Teen Mom OG, as Matt and Amber invite him to live with them to help him battle his drug addiction.
