Justice For Bobbi Kristina! Judge Orders Nick Gordon To Court In $50M Wrongful Death Case

A Georgia judge has ordered Nick Gordon to court in , RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, the judge in the case ordered Gordon and the attorney for Brown’s estate to appear at a hearing at Atlanta’s Fulton County Superior Court on September 16 at 9:30 a.m.

Judge T. Jackson Bedford will listen to “argument on the Motion to Strike Defendant’s Pleadings, and to Enter Judgment and any other pending motions and matters …” the document states.

At issue is a motion filed in May by the executor of Brown’s estate, asking the judge to strike Gordon’s request for a dismissal, and to impose sanctions.

In a blistering court filing, Bedelia Hargrove claims that Gordon has “failed and refused to respond” to her filings so far in the case, and that he has “totally disregarded and ignored his obligation” to be a party to the lawsuit.

According to Hargrove, Gordon has “failed and refused to make any response” to her requests for discovery so far, “but freely discusses his role in the incidents which led to the horrific injuries to Bobbi Kristina Brown on public television.”

Referring to a recent TV appearance, Hargrove slams, “This is outrageous. Plaintiff has been trying for almost a year to get Defendant to cooperate in discovery and Defendant has not only refused but has used on jujitsu legal maneuver after another to avoid doing so. Now, this Defendant has not only defied this Court’s Order to respond to discovery, but has appeared on national television and fully and freely discussed his version of the facts…”

“This blatant disregard for this Court’s process ought to be swiftly and appropriately dealt with by the imposition of the sanction of dismissal of Defendant’s pleadings and the entry of an order granting full judgment to the Plaintiff,” she insists. As RadarOnline.com has reported, Hargrove has requested a judgment of at least $50 million for Gordon’s part in Brown’s death.

She claimed in court documents that he beat her and gave her a the toxic cocktail that knocked her unconscious and likely contributed to her death in hospice care at age 22 on July 26, 2015.

Gordon has denied responsibility.

Hargrove and Gordon’s attorney did not respond to RadarOnline.com’s request for comment.
