Former Real Housewives of Orange County star Josh Waring has been hit with four new charges in his ongoing attempted murder case, RadarOnline.com has learned.
Bravolebrity Lauri Peterson's son was arrested in June 2016 for the alleged shooting of Daniel Lopez, in Costa Mesa, Calif. He was facing three counts of attempted murder, three counts of personal use of a firearm, and one count of inflicting great bodily injury, and pleaded not guilty to all three.
But at a hearing on August 19, RadarOnline.com has learned, the DA hit the Bravo bad boy with even more new charges: battery, hit and run with property damage, evading police/reckless driving, resisting arrest and obstructing an officer, and unlawful taking of a vehicle.

His bail is currently set at $1 million.
As RadarOnline.com reported, Waring is accused of attempting to shoot Lopez during an early-morning altercation outside of a Costa Mesa sober home on June 20, 2016.
Speaking from prison in early August, Waring, 27, told RadarOnline.com he maintains his innocence despite the charges stacked against him.
When asked if he shot the man, he said, "No, absolutely not."
"I had a prior altercation that night," Josh insisted.

"I was using," Josh said, admitting past consumption of heroin and Xanax. "I was under the influence, and was chased off the property."
"It was a mistake of bad timing," he insisted. "Someone came back and shot up the house. Just because of the fact I had priors, I was arrested."

"I have four other cases on top of this," he admitted. "One is a trafficking sales case, in which I face a max of 22 years and four months. And for the attempted murder, a 45-year max. I am facing time, which is scary."
But in the meantime, Josh said he is trying to stay positive — and avoid placing blame.
"I'm doing good. I'm all right."
Waring and Peterson appeared on the first four seasons of RHOC, before she left the show in 2015 amid his growing legal struggles.
