Robby Hayes' DUI arrest wasn't his first alcohol-related offense! RadarOnline.com has obtained exclusive documents revealing The Bachelorette front-runner was busted with possession of alcohol by a minor.

In the citation, a policeman caught JoJo Fletcher's love interest with a 12oz Budweiser beer in the parking lot of Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena in Florida on July 16th, 2009 at 6:50am.

Hayes was ordered to attend a mandatory court appearance within 10 days of the issued citation.

The case was dropped on January 6, 2010.

RadarOnline.com recently revealed exclusive details of Hayes' second brush with the law.

In 2012, he was pulled over after a policeman saw his car cross the double solid lines of the road. He arrested for a DUI and reckless driving when he refused to perform standardized field sobriety exercises.

"I observed the defendant to have bloodshot and watery eyes," the police report read. "I smelled a moderate odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from the defendant as he spoke to me. The defendant's speech was slurred and talked with a thick tongue."

Hayes pled not guilty to the charge in January 2013. According to the Duval County Clerk of Court, the state declined to prosecute Hayes for the DUI. The reckless driving charge was dismissed as well.

But trouble with the law may not be his downfall with Fletcher. On a recent episode, he revealed he signed up for The Bachelorette soon after ending a four-year relationship.
