JoJo Fletcher Underwent Nose & Boob Job Ahead Of 'Bachelorette' Premiere, Docs Say

JoJo Fletcher may snag a Neil Lane engagement ring from her fiancé when her stint on The Bachelorette comes to an end, but that's not the only thing ABC is giving her for free! Plastic surgeons exclusively revealed to RadarOnline.com how the reality star may have underwent a number of procedures before her run on the reality dating competition – and she isn't the only one!
Fletcher, 25, looked drastically different in a promo for season 12 of The Bachelorette. "The tip of her nose dropped some, which may simply be age or rhinoplasty," Dr. Susan Evans, who has not examined Fletcher, told Radar.

The plastic surgeon also believes the real estate agent "used some calcium hydroxy appetite in her nasal labial folds, laugh lines and in her chin area." She added, "She used fillers to soften her facial lines."
But that's not all The Bachelorette star may have done to alter her appearance, as another surgeon believes she underwent a breast augmentation! "I see some subtle evidence of lip fillers and breast implants," Dr. Michael Salzhauer, who has not treated Fletcher, said. "Juvederm most likely to the edges of the lip line."

This isn't the first time a bachelor or bachelorette underwent cosmetic procedures. "They make people change their appearance for TV ratings," Jesse Csincsak, who won DeAnna Pappas' season, revealed. "They don't care what it is: teeth, face, boobs, butt, you name it. If it's going to create ratings and puts dollars in their pocket, they will do it."

Even contestants are encouraged by ABC to "look a certain way." "The guys who were not on the slender end, they made us workout before going on night one," he said. "They were making guys go to the gym and do sit-ups and pushups."
