More Trouble For Jules’ Ex! Michael Wainstein Owes More Than $23K In Unpaid Taxes
Michael Wainstein has more than just marital woes — he has money troubles too!
RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal that the Real Housewives of New York City husband, 44, was hit with a lien after failing to pay $23,078.75 in state taxes.
A New York county clerk confirmed to RadarOnline.com that the lien is still open, meaning that he has not paid any of the debt filed on May 31, 2016.
Wainstein was also slapped with a lien for $2,454 on April 30, 2013 — but a New York County clerk confirmed that he paid off the debt on June 15, 2016.
Just one month later, he filed for divorce from Jules Wainstein, 35.
The Wainsteins were married for eight years, and have two children — Jagger, 5, and Rio, 3. Their marital problems — including child care issues — were chronicled on the current season of RHONY.
Now, RadarOnline.com reported that he was recently spotted shopping with his alleged mistress, Elyse Bensusan, 36.
