Selma Blair may have had a fun family vacation in Cancun, Mexico, but her flight home was far from smooth, RadarOnline.com has learned.

According to reports, the actress was taken to the hospital in Los Angeles on Monday after being removed from her Delta flight in a sretcher for bizarre behavior aboard the plane.

"She was met by paramedics at LAX as soon as her plane arrived," a source told PEOPLE. "It looks like she had taken a combination of prescription medication with alcohol. We don't know what sort of prescription medications."

The People vs. O.J. Simpson star, who had been traveling first class with four-year-old son Arthur Saint, was allegedly enjoying a glass of wine when she suddenly had an outburst. Some passengers thought they saw her mix something into her drink.

One source said that Blair made the following statements about an unknown male: "He burns my private parts. He won't let me eat or drink. He beats me. He's going to kill me."

Interestingly, the 43-year-old seemed to be just fine during her vacation, with a witness telling PEOPLE: "She looked fine the entire trip."

The surprise weekend trip was in honor of Blair's ex Jason Bleick, for Father's Day. The former couple seemed to be doing more than just co-parenting however, as they were spotted getting cozy on the beach.

Blair's rep has not yet responded for comment on the airplane outburst.
