Eight years after Britney Spears and her family first filed a restraining order against Sam Lutfi, the pop star's former confidante and manager has found himself in trouble once again.

Lutfi— who was once accused of drugging and emotionally abusing Spears during her public meltdown— is now being investigated for allegedly kidnapping and robbing Nirvana heiress Frances Bean Cobain's estranged husband, Isaiah Silva, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.

According to Los Angeles Police Department documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, the onetime manager of Cobain's mother, Courtney Love, and an accomplice "grabbed" Silva and "carried him to his car" at around 12:45 am on June 3.

"Victim was in fear for his life," the investigative report reads. "He did not want to go with suspects."

Lutfi, 41, also allegedly stole Silva's cell phone and smashed a glass door, causing nearly $4,000 worth of damage.

The 31-year-old musician filed a report with police five days after the terrifying incident.

As RadarOnline.com reported, Cobain, 23, filed for divorce from Silva in March after just two years of marriage. The same month, Kurt Cobain's only child reconciled with her once troubled mother following a very public estrangement.
