Is Amber Heard a victim of domestic violence — or a master manipulator?

According to an eyewitness of the actress' Los Angeles court hearing in her restraining order from estranged husband Johnny Depp, Heard exhibited bizarre behavior off-camera on Friday.

Though The Danish Girl star, 30, was spotted sobbing on her way out of court, she "giggled and laughed" with her lawyer while inside, the onlooker claims.

"Amber actually seemed to be having a good time," the eyewitness recalls, adding that she quickly "turned on the water works" when she stepped outside.

In a conversation with RadarOnline.com, another onlooker noted Heard's head-scratching moves.

"When Amber was getting ready to leave, her attorney told her to make sure she walked so the media could see her bruise," the second source reveals. "And they made sure they walked in and out of the public entrances and exits."

As RadarOnline.com reported, Heard accused Depp, 52, of repeated violent attacks and substance abuse over the course of their four-year relationship, which culminated in a May 21 blowout at their home.

"Amber remains in fear for her safety," her attorney said on Friday.

However, Depp's attorneys have maintained that Heard made the abuse claims in an effort to get big bucks from her A-lister ex.
