Steven Tyler is mixing business with pleasure – and he’s doing it with his 28-year-old assistant! RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned the Aerosmith rocker is 40 years older than his new girlfriend.

The singer, who turns 68 on March 26, is dating his personal assistant, Aimee Ann Preston.

“Steven still acts like a teenager, so it’s no surprise he has a thing for much younger women,” a source told Radar.

The new couple was first spotted together in 2014 during a motorcycle ride in Hawaii.

“They looked like they were enjoying a romantic vacation," the insider revealed. “They clearly weren’t working!”

Tyler, who is worth an estimated $130 million, hasn’t been keeping his romance with his younger employee a secret.

Not only did they vacation in Hawaii again in December, but they also went public at Elton John’s Oscar party.

Preston, who is reportedly living with Tyler, is 10 years younger than his oldest child Liv Tyler, 38.

But this isn’t the first time Tyler has romanced a younger woman, as he was engaged to Erin Brady, 25, in 2011.

“Steven’s been a hell-raiser all his life,” the source said. “It’s like his hit song says… he don’t want to miss a thing!”
