Kelly Clarkson recently admitted that she has "daddy issues" after her father left her family when she was just 6. But the Clarkson family's troubles go farther than that, RadarOnline.com has learned: Clarkson's brother, Jason Clarkson, was once arrested for DUI!

According to explosive court documents exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com, the first American Idol winner's brother was pulled over by cops in Fort Worth, Texas on August 30, 2012 — ten years after her victory.

READ THE SHOCKING COURT DOCUMENTS

Jason, now 43, was arrested, found guilty and sentenced to 12 days in jail.

He was also fined $500 and was also responsible for covering the $389 court fee.

What's more, RadarOnline.com has learned that during his stay at the Tarrant County Jail, Jason was also ordered to complete several days of hard labor through one of the prison's inmate programs. While his specific tasks were not specified in the documents, rules for the program are very strict.

In addition to the labor sentence, Jason's license was suspended for three months.

Until the arrest, the documents suggest that he was employed with Kelly's production team. While trying to waive his court fees, Jason wrote that he had been unemployed for "1 day" because he was "laid off/criminal background."

He was reportedly an executive administrator with Shpants INC., and even wrote his sister's name on the form, seemingly in an effort to lessen his sentencing.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Kelly announced that she was pregnant with her second child during one of her concerts back in August.
