Another 'Dance Moms' Bankruptcy! Brynn Rumfallo's Mother Is Over $1 Million In Debt

First Abby Lee Miller, then Melissa Ziegler and now Ashlee Rumfallo! In court papers exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com, Dance Moms star Brynn Rumfallo's parents filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy in January 2008.

According to the joint filing, Ashlee and Aaron Rumfallo owed a total of $1,405,903.80 to creditors.

Their deep debt included $1,131,668 in mortgage payments for two properties, $10,641 for a pop-up camping trailer, $27,033 for a 2007 Jeep Wrangler, $9,366 for a 1996 Dodge Stealth, $10,474 for a 2005 Toyota Scion and $38,932 for a 2005 GMC Denali.

The parents-of-three also racked up $158,334 in credit card payments.

Despite Aaron and Ashlee bringing in a combined average monthly income of $7,380.50, their average monthly expense was $7,911.

The case was discharged in April of 2008, with the family forced to surrender one of their homes, their 1996 Dodge Stealth and their 2005 Toyota Scion.

The Dance Moms bombshell comes after RadarOnline.com exclusively reported Maddie Ziegler's parents filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy in May of 2009, owing their creditors $1,214,284.15.

As for Miller, 49, she has been charged with concealment of bankruptcy assets, false bankruptcy declarations and bankruptcy fraud. If convicted, she could face up to five years in prison and $5 million in fines.
