Just two months after RadarOnline.com exclusively revealed that they came to a custody agreement for their daughter Leah, Teen Mom OG star Amber Portwood and her ex Gary Shirley are at each other's throats once again.

Last night, during the airing of the MTV reality show's season finale, Shirley, 27, told fans that Portwood is free to see their 7-year-old "any time."

However, he claims in a shocking allegation, the 25-year-old moved an hour away from Shirley's Indiana home, and doesn't even visit her little girl that often!

Though the former couple decided in recent months to split time with Leah, it doesn't seem that they're abiding by the new arrangement quite yet.

It's been a tough few months for Portwood. As RadarOnline.com exclusively revealed, her 44-year-old fiancé, Matt Baier, is being sued in Indiana court for owing child support payments to five baby mamas for seven of his children.

On a recent episode of the show, a hysterical Portwood, who believed Baier only had two kids, discovered his secret.

Despite the bombshell, they are still engaged to be married.
