Just last week, Josh Duggar swore he would never settle his lawsuit with the woman who accused him of assault and battery during sex, porn star Danica Dillon. But now, the disgraced reality star may be changing his tune.
RadarOnline.com can reveal that the disgraced Christian activist, 27, and the 29-year-old adult film actress, known legally as Ashley Stamm-Northup, will attend a settlement conference on March 31.
According to U.S. District Court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, both parties must attend the meeting, which will take place in Philadelphia, and are required to submit an offer/demand settlement proposal.

In previous documents, Duggar claimed he would never settle, unless Dillon wanted to publicly apologize for her accusations against him.
However, an apology seems highly unlikely, as Dillon still insists that the married father of four's sex attack left her with $500,000 in physical and emotional damages, including a form of PTSD.
In other news related to the case, both attorneys both signed confidentiality agreements, swearing the porn star's counsel would keep her alleged abuser's text messages, email, financial records and photographs private from even Dillon herself.
If the parties cannot come to an agreement, the case will go to a trial by jury on May 25.
As RadarOnline.com has extensively reported, Dillon accused Duggar of choking, man-handling and spitting on her during a paid sex session last year. The former 19 Kids And Counting star has denied ever meeting her, though he did publicly admit to cheating on his wife Anna, 28, and hiding a secret pornography addiction last summer.
