Another day, another encounter with police for Jenelle Evans!
RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that the cops showed up unexpectedly at the home that Evans, 24, shares with her boyfriend David Eason over the weekend.
According to Lt. Brewer with the New Hanover County Sheriffs Office, Eason called 911 on Saturday after Evans' mother Barbara showed up at their home and screamed at him.
"David Eason, he is the one that calls," Lt. Brewer told RadarOnline.com.
"He states that his girlfriend's mother came to the house uninvited, screaming and yelling at him in front of the children and the subject in the house is Barbara Evans," Lt. Brewer said.
The log said that the 911 dispatcher "could hear yelling in the background."
The fight was only "verbal, so it was people arguing with each other," Lt. Brewer continued.
According to the log, there were three children in Evans' home at the time of the call and no one was intoxicated, no one had drugs, and no one had any weapons.
The last entry from the log said that a female had left with the children.
The log did not say if Evans was on the premises or not.
According to Lt. Brewer, the incident didn't go much further than that.
"There was no report taken, because what it appears is that it was a disagreement between him and the mother," he explained. "She is the grandmother, so she has rights to have the children, and she left with the children."
But a source close to Evans shared a different story.
"The cops did go to Jenelle's house over the weekend," the source told RadarOnline.com. "They were there Sunday."
But this time, they weren't there because of Evans.
"They were there because Jenelle's mom didn't park in the driveway and traffic was getting backed up in the neighborhood," the source explained. "Jenelle's house is on the corner of a busy road."
According to the source, the officers spoke with Eason and Barbara.
"The cops told him and Jenelle's mom that she can't block the street and needed to pull up more," the source said. "That's all."
According to the source, Evans was inside her house during the incident.
"Jenelle was inside doing her makeup to go out to lunch with her mom," the source said. "That's why she wasn't really involved."
Evans has had her own fair share of drama with law enforcement lately.
Currently, she is in the middle of legal proceedings to fight charges for assault and battery after she was arrested on Aug. 20, 2015 after allegedly throwing a glass at her ex-fiancé Nathan Griffith's new girlfriend Jessica Henry in the driveway of her home.
Evans also recently met with CPS after Griffith claimed he wasn't informed that she would be traveling out of the country.
But the meeting with the officials went well.
"They saw Kaiser," a source told RadarOnline.com after the visit. "The CPS lady told Jenelle and David that she thinks everything is okay and that Kaiser is perfectly fine."
