Charlie Sheen's doctor, who shocked the world by injecting himself with the actor's blood after claiming that he'd cured him of HIV, is now making bold new statements about his treatment of the disease.

Dr. Samir Chachoua, who does not hold a license to practice medicine in the United States, appeared on Real Time With Bill Maher to tell the world about his miracle cure - not Tiger Blood, but the CAEV virus - which is found in the milk of arthritic goats.

"This virus destroys HIV and protects people who drink it for life," Chachoua claimed, adding, "I've cured countries!"

However, Chachoua's claims have been widely disputed by medical professionals, who insist that the conventional cocktail of HIV medications continues to be the best course of treatment for those suffering from the virus.

As RadarOnline.com reported, following a bombshell exposé by the National ENQUIRER Sheen came out to the world in November, admitting that he had been diagnosed with HIV. Although he has denied putting any of his partners at risk of contracting the virus, several women have claimed otherwise, and have sought monetary damages.
