Charlie Sheen's ex-fiancée claims he forced her to have an abortion over fears she was carrying his AIDS baby!

As Radar reported, Scottine filed an explosive assault and battery lawsuit against Charlie, 50, in L.A. on December 3, and the disturbing complaint contains the allegation that she was pressured into an abortion.

According to the document, Scottine "discovered that she was pregnant with Charlie's child" in March 2014, one month after they got engaged and four months after they first hooked up.

She "was happy about this, as she and Sheen had frequently discussed having a child that they could raise together," the documents claim. "Sheen even told her that if she conceived a girl, that he wanted to name her Charlie"

But when Scottine "told Sheen that she was pregnant, he became extremely upset," the documents state. "Sheen indicated that he did not want his child to have his blood type (i.e., HIV-positive) and told Scottine that she had to have an abortion."

When she said she didn't want to, the documents claim Charlie "erupted into a fit of rage, stating that he would 'kick her ot the curb' if she did not have an abortion, and that he did not want her to 'give birth to a retarded child.'"

Per the documents, "After much pressure and threats, Scottine had the abortion."

Scottine mentioned the allegations in an explosive video published by Radar last month.

The bombshell lawsuit also alleges "physical, psychological and emotional abuse," and demands a jury trial.

Scottine, aka Brett Rossi, and Charlie broke up in October 2014.

UPDATE:

Sheen's attorney, Martin D. Singer, told Radar, "Charlie Sheen intends to vigorously defend the lawsuit filed by Scottine Ross. We are confident that Mr. Sheen will prevail in this action and will prevail on his claims for affirmative relief against her."
