Mark Salling Posts $20,000 Bail & Is Released From Jail After Child Porn Arrest

Mark Salling paid a $20,000 bail and was released from jail on Tuesday afternoon after he was arrested for possession of child pornography RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.
The Glee star, 33, was thrown in jail after cops obtained an arrest warrant and raided his home in Sunland, Calif. on December 29, 2015. They allegedly found hundreds of photographs of the illegal material.
Officer Ludwig with the Los Angeles Police Department told RadarOnline.com that Salling paid the $20,000 bond and was released about 2:45pm PST on December 29, 2015.
Known for his role as Noah "Puck" Puckerman, Salling was slapped with a lawsuit in 2013 by an ex-girlfriend for sexual battery, assault and battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and negligence stemming from a terrifying night alone together two years prior.
According to Los Angeles Superior Court documents, model and deejay Roxanne Gorzela, 38, claimed Salling, then her boyfriend of six months, refused to wear a condom during sex despite her repeated demands during a March 2011 encounter that turned violent.

While Salling denied the claims, they settled the case with Salling paying her $2.7 million.
He is scheduled to appear in court on the new charges on January 22, 2016, according to the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department website.
