Charlie Sheen’s ex, Scottine Sheen, is speaking out the day after filing her lawsuit against the HIV-positive star with even more shocking claims. RadarOnline.com has learned she said she even had to take HIV medication after unprotected sex with her ex!

Scottine revealed the disturbing new allegations in an interview with FOXNews.com’s Diana Falzone.

“I was on HIV prevention medication from the day that I found out he was HIV positive until the day we ended our relationship,” she claimed.

But Scottine, aka Brett Rossi, continues to insist she didn’t know he was infected for months, despite having unprotected sex with the Anger Management star. (Scottine, like Sheen's exes Brooke Mueller, Bree Olson and Denise Richards, is HIV-negative.)

“He didn’t disclose his HIV-positive status to me,” she told Falzone, echoing the claims of her lawsuit.

But according to the suit, Scottine found his HIV medication, Truvada, “a few months” into the relationship, and confronted him.

“It took about a week to confront him because by that point we were already so emotionally invested into each other that I didn’t know how to approach the situation,” she told Falzone. "... I didn’t have anyone to turn to because by this point he had completely made it so that I was isolated from friends, family. I had essentially no independence by this point in our relationship.”

Once confronted, “He was emotional,” Scottine claimed. “I firmly believe that he was embarrassed. He was ashamed ... I think that he felt that disclosing something such as this that it would make me think differently of him.”

And he was right. She admitted, “Honestly, if he would have told me from day one, the day we met, there never would have been a relationship. I would have never been sexually active with him, but I was coerced, I was manipulated and you know, I fell in love with him. What are you supposed to do by the time you are that invested in somebody?”

“I stayed because when we had a heart-to-heart. I asked him, ‘Is this for real? Is this what you want? Is this forever?’ and he said yes,” she claimed. “He said I want to marry you. I want to have a family with you. I want to have a normal life.”

“I truly believe at this point in his life he really did want that and I believed him,” she continued. “I believed that he was sober, I believed that he was off drugs. When you love somebody so much you want to believe them, you want to give them the benefit of the doubt and call me foolish, naïve, stupid. People are going to call me what they are going to call me, but I loved him and the saying love is blind is very accurate.”

However, their fairy tale would soon turn into a nightmare. As RadarOnline.com reported, Scottine claims in the lawsuit that Charlie pressured her into aborting their child.

She told Falzone, “Charlie and I had expressed to each other that we wanted children...We had talked about after he was filming Anger Management we would try for a baby after the wedding which was November.”

But when she told him the happy news, she claims, he reacted differently than she expected.

“He was so dead set that this child was going to have HIV that he was going to be exposed, that the doctors were going to find out and tell everyone,” she told Falzone. “It really hurt because I had been so on our team, we had been such a unit that I didn’t want to betray him by keeping it, but I didn’t want to go against my own values.”

As RadarOnline.com reported, Scottine filed the bombshell lawsuit on Thursday afternoon, alleging assault, battery, and more.

Charlie’s attorney, Martin D. Singer, told RadarOnline.com, “Charlie Sheen intends to vigorously defend the lawsuit filed by Scottine ... We are confident that Mr. Sheen will prevail in this action and will prevail on his claims for affirmative relief against her.”
