Once labeled as the porn industry's "boy next door," adult film star James Deen now faces shocking accusations of assault.
The whole fiasco started on Saturday when adult actress/model and former scene partner/girlfriend to Deen, Stoya, tweeted: "That thing where you log in to the internet for a second and see people idolizing the guy who raped you as a feminist. That thing sucks."
"James Deen held me down and f**ked me while I said no, stop, used my safeword," Stoya added. "I just can't nod and smile when people bring him up anymore."
Later, fellow porn star Tori Lux came forward, detailing her horrific encounter with Deen in an extensive essay on the Daily Beast.
While on set for a major porn film, Lux claims that Deen, who wasn't performing with her that day, began to "antagonize" her backstage.
"I hadn't even had time to dress myself when he said, with a smirk on his face, 'Tori Lux, would you like to sniff my testicles,'" she wrote, "'Nope,' I replied in a neutral tone."
When Lux continued to refuse his request, Deen allegedly grabbed her "by the throat and shoved her down onto a mattress on the floor."
"He proceeded to straddle my chest, pinning down my arms with his knees," Lux wrote. "Then, he raised his hand high above his head, swinging it down and hitting me in the face and head with an open palm. He did this five or six times—hard—before finally getting off of me."
"Simply put: I was afraid," Lux concluded.
James Deen has yet to comment on the claims made against him.
