As Charlie Sheen desperately tried to hide his explosive HIV secret, the Tinseltown trainwreck used payoffs, intimidation, and ironclad confidentiality agreements to create a massive and far-reaching cover-up. Now, The National ENQUIRER has provided RadarOnline.com with copy of one of those non-disclosure agreements — and the terms are shocking!

The document obtained by RadarOnline.com warns at the very top, "This agreement affects your rights. Read carefully before signing." And indeed, the terms of the contract are comprehensive and very strict.

READ THE CONTRACT

The Sheen confidant who received this document was told it was issued "in consideration ... for having the opportunity to spend time with and associate with" the HIV-positive star.

Among many other taboos, it bans the signer from releasing "instant messages, texts, contracts, correspondence, faxes, tapes, CD-Roms, USB flash drives SIM cards, photographs, films," and more related to Sheen, 50.

In addition, it explicitly forbids the individual to talk to "friends, family members, associates, journalists, media organizations, newspapers, magazines, tabloids, TV programs, radio programs, blogs," and even social media accounts about anything Sheen-related.

Other no-gos: Books, articles, photographs, movies, videos, and even mentioning Sheen's name in a public way are all totally banned.

Why the secrecy? The document explains, "Sheen is a public figure ... substantial effort and expense have been dedicated to limit the constant efforts of the press, other media and the public to learn of Sheen's personal, professional and business affairs."

Violating that carefully guarded privacy would potentially result in a fine of at least $100,000, the document states.

Ironically, that's the same amount of money Sheen would later pay one gossip blog to remove all articles related to his HIV cover-up from the internet.

As RadarOnline.com reported, the actor's web of secrecy was utterly torn apart Monday when The National ENQUIRER revealed his HIV secret.
