Paris Jackson's relatives are bent on protecting her famous father's estate and demanding the teen sign a prenup before she walks down the aisle. "That's Michael Jackson's legacy," a family friend told RadarOnline.com, "and there's no way they want any part of it at risk!"

And Jackson's legacy could soon swell to a whopping $2 billion. Sony — which owns half of a huge music catalog with the estate — is reportedly in early talks that would allow either side to buy the entire collection. The catalog contains nearly one million copyrights, including hits by Taylor Swift and Lady Gaga, plus nuggets like "Stand By Me" and its crown jewel, 251 songs by The Beatles. Its estimated value is at least $2 billion.

As RadarOnline.com reported, the King of Pop's daughter hopes to wed her beau, rising soccer star Chester Castellaw, 18, after she turns 18 next April.

Jackson first hooked up with Chester when she returned home to the Jackson estate in Calabasas, Calif., after a long stint at a Utah boarding school.

While the union has the blessing of her uncle Jermaine Jackson, who will walk her down the aisle, he and other family members insist the teenager and Chester sign a $2 billion prenup before the big day.

But family members are wary of a teen marriage because of the girl's fragile mental state, said the source.

"It's a dilemma. Family members want Paris to get going on her prenup, but they're walking on eggshells. They don't want to get her angry or, worse, have her cut them off."
