Sandra Bullock is moving full speed ahead with her troubled new boyfriend Bryan Randall — and that means a move to Wyoming together and an expensive new business venture!

The curious new duo's shocking plans include moving into Sandra's $1.5 million Jackson Hole hideaway full time with her 91-year-old ailing dad, John, insiders exclusively told The National ENQUIRER.

"John's at the age where it's becoming more difficult for him to be alone," according to a source close to the Oscar-winning actress.

"Sandra realizes he needs to be properly looked after, and moving everybody into her retreat is the perfect solution for everybody!"

Bullock, 51, thinks another perfect solution would be to buy her favorite local Jackson bar, The Million Dollar Cowboy, so she and 49-year-old Randall have something to do together. The price tag? A whopping $10 million!

"Sandy's really excited about sharing this dream of opening a business with Bryan," said the source. "Now it's becoming a reality, and the bonus of being able to take care of her dad is priceless to her."

Bar owners Art and Carol Anderson told The ENQUIRER they've been in sales talks with Sandra and that she's one of their favorite regulars.

But as much as they love her, they promise to make a hard bargain for the place.

"It'll take a lot of money to take it off our hands," Art said.

Precisely $10 million, according to sources close to the deal.

As RadarOnline.com reported, Bullock would be wise to tread carefully since it has emerged that Randall has a sketchy past, which includes a DUI and menacing neighbors.
