'Versailles' Tragedy: Victoria Siegel's 'Mom' Reveals The 'Kind, Artistic' Heiress' Heartbreaking Final Words

Queen of Versailles heiress Victoria Siegel's death was unexpected and completely shocking, her TV mom reveals to RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview.
Juliet London, who acted as the 18-year-old's mother in the ultra-wealthy family's Windermere, Florida, mansion for last week's episode of Celebrity Wife Swap, says she's "devastated" by her passing.
"I am utterly heartbroken," the actress wife of TV star Jeremy London tells Radar, adding that while the "private" teen preferred to stay off camera during the Wife Swap shoot, she was outgoing in her personal life.
""She was there most of the time…and was very helpful," London explains of Victoria, who went by "Rikki" to friends and family. "She was genuinely kind and very intellectual and artistic."
The high school graduate had a "big future," London says, and helped her famous mother Jackie run the family's charity store, Thrift-Mart, in Ocoee.
Despite rumors of drug use, London insists she had no inkling of trouble in Victoria's life.
"I didn't see signs at all," she says. "I don't know about her struggles as she seemed to be in a good place."
London can recall the last words Victoria spoke to her during a visit to the home after filming wrapped.
"The last time I saw her, she told me I was beautiful," London remembers.
"She called me "mom" even after the show. I thought it was cute."
Meanwhile, Jackie, Victoria's real mother, is not handling her daughter's death well.
"She's broken up pretty badly, as you can imagine," reveals London, who offered her condolences to the former model and socialite over the weekend. "They were very close. Rikki was her firstborn! And Jackie was very proud of her."
