Banned From TV? Teresa's Probation Officer Must Sign Off On 'RHONJ' Stint — Decision Coming Soon!

Teresa Giudice just signed a deal to let the feds use her Bravo paychecks to pay off her $400,000 restitution. But she might need to find another way to erase the debt: RadarOnline.com has learned that she's afraid that the probation department won't allow her to appear on television when she leaves prison!
According to an insider, "Teresa is looking forward to getting out, obviously. Knowing there are creditors waiting to collect the outstanding $13.5 million debt, she is already trying to line up jobs now. Since the biggest paycheck would come from the Real Housewives of New Jersey, Teresa wants to go back to the show."
"Filming would just be concluding in December when Teresa is released, and would be the perfect teaser for the next season,” the source continued.
But unfortunately, her probation officer will have to sign off on whatever employment she chooses — and the source said the reality star fears her choice of career won't pass muster.
When the former Real Housewives Of New Jersey star emerges from the correctional facility, she will be placed on probation, and her husband Joe will begin serving his 41-month prison sentence. The staggered jail sentences were a kindness from the judge, who wanted to minimize the impact that Teresa and Joe's criminal activity would have on their daughters — a courtesy that not all convicts are shown.

Meanwhile, the Giudices' New Jersey mansion is currently in foreclosure proceedings, and their beach house is scheduled to hit the auction block soon too.
To help stem the financial bleeding, Teresa is also hoping to write another book in which she discusses how she spent time behind bars, as RadarOnline.com has reported.
Teresa needs to make a lot of money, and fast," the insider added.
