The Pinot Grigio loving gal was recently spotted, approaching managing parters of high end real estate companies at a party in New York City, an insider told RadarOnline.com.

"Ramona indicated she has plans to get a real estate license, and that she thinks her gullible fans will make her millions," the source said. "Ramona was overheard saying fans of RHONY aren't the smartest, but because she is considered a trusted brand name, she could make a lot of money for the right company."

Singer could jumpstart her new venture with the sale of the Hamptons mansion she shared with estranged husband, Mario. As RadarOnline.com reported, the former couple is "attempting to hash out a divorce settlement, and Ramona's lawyers have advised her the Southampton house will have to be sold," according to a source. "It's very bittersweet for Ramona because she loved that house, and all of the work that went into it. Of course, it was also where she caught Mario cheating on her."

"The house will be rented out for the upcoming summer season, and then will be listed for sale," the source explained.

The Southampton estate boasts six bedrooms, six bathrooms, tennis courts, and a swimming pool.
