Daytime divas Eileen Davidson and Lisa Rinna helped to bring much-needed drama and ratings to the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills during their freshman season. Now, RadarOnline.com has learned, producers are ready to ask the duo to return for another round. Will they say yes?
"Producers of the show were very, very happy with Lisa and Eileen's performances in front of the camera," an insider told Radar. "They balanced each other out. Lisa is a bit more aggressive, with a no-frills, take-no-prisoners attitude. Eileen is refined, elegant and all class, which made her scenes with Kim Richards even stronger because she did snap a couple of times."
And it proved to be just what the struggling show needed.
"Before the ladies joined the cast, there were serious doubts about whether or not the show would proceed," the insider revealed. "It had just reached the point where Bravo was just going to cut it, but everyone is so glad that didn't happen."
Luckily for the rest of the cast, the ladies seem to be on board for another round.
"Lisa would say yes on the spot if asked today," the source said. "Eileen will think it over, and get the input from her family."
Indeed, during a recent appearance on Watch What Happens Live, Rinna revealed she had no regrets about joining the show, or her feud with Kim Richards.
Davidson's schedule might continue to be very busy, however, as "she is working at Young & The Restless full-time and has a great storyline on the soap opera," the source explained. "Lisa doesn't have any work opportunities on the horizon except for RHOBH."
