Jenelle Evans and Nathan Griffiths' rocky relationship exploded on Wednesday evening in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. RadarOnline.com has learned that the Teen Mom 2 star's fiancé was arrested for criminal domestic violence.

Lt. Raul Denis of the Horry County police told local news station WSPA, “There was some kind of physical assault” at the couple's home around 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon. Griffith was subsequently charged with criminal domestic violence.

Police also said they had been called to the home at 4:45 a.m. on Wednesday morning, but there had been no arrests at that time.

MTV cameras were at the home on Wednesday taping for the next season of Teen Mom 2. As RadarOnline.com reported, Evans and Griffith have been warring in recent weeks after Griffith was caught secretly communicating with another woman.

In April 2014, Griffith was jailed for driving with a suspended license and has said on Twitter he can't currently drive. (The mugshot for that arrest is seen above.) The year before, he spent 30 days in jail after a third DUI.
