Raking in over $300M worldwide, Fifty Shades of Grey has made Dakota Johnson a household name. But the pressure of overnight superstardom could prove too much for the Hollywood scion, 23, who entered rehab at just 17 years old for drug and alcohol addiction — at least according to one addiction expert.

"It is not unusual that environmental triggers lead to relapse," addiction specialist Dr. Damon Raskin tells RadarOnline.com exclusively. "It is definitely a stressor to be in the limelight with the worldwide scrutiny and attention being paid to her, and this could easily lead to her relapsing."

Dakota’s famous parents—actors Melanie Griffith, 57, and Don Johnson, 65—are no strangers to the temptations in Hollywood either. Griffith has spent at least three stints in rehab, and Don has twice sought treatment.

As such, Dakota seemingly "has a genetic predisposition to addiction that we often see," Dr. Raskin, who has not treated the actress or her parents, claims. "My advice to her is to be extremely cautious. But if both of her parents are sober, they can offer a strong support system through these trying times."
