After bitter accusations of abuse, neglect, and worse, Real Housewives of Orange County star Tamra Barney Judge has settled her lengthy custody battle with ex-husband, Simon Barney. But RadarOnline.com has learned that the terms of the deal mean it’s the reality TV dad who will get sole physical custody of their daughter Sidney, 16.
According to court documents obtained by Radar, "Simon Barney shall have sole physical custody of Sidney Nicole Barney … Tamra Barney Judge shall have visitation with Sidney Nicole Barney every other weekend, and one day midweek from 4:00 to 7:00 pm every week, and any other additional times at Sidney's discretion."
The judge also ordered the feisty blonde "continue reunification therapy with Dr. Linda Grossman.” A court had previously ordered that she and the teen visit a professional to deal with their issues.
since October 6, 2013, he previously wrote in court documents, because “she felt extreme anxiety at her mother’s home and because of Tamra’s inappropriate behavior.” In just one example, he claimed, Judge admitted in her deposition to “telling Sidney that she is no longer allowed” in Judge’s home because of her closeness with her father. Such incidents, he claimed, caused severe “stomach cramping” that doctors diagnosed as anxiety-related.

Indeed, the couple’s 2010 divorce and the ensuing fall-out has “caused Sidney to suffer physically, mentally and emotionally,” according to court documents previously filed in the case.
“Sidney was facing difficulties in public and school because of Tamra’s , which ultimately led to ridicule by Sidney’s friends and parents at school,” Barney wrote in the documents. “This is why I have fought to fight sic for custody our daughter.”
But there was one win for Judge: Barney must pay his own attorney's fees, any other costs incurred during the proceedings, despite his previous request to have his ex shell out.
She also has 50/50 custody of her other children, Spencer, 14, and Sophia, 8.
