Olympian Michael Phelps Is Engaged To Nicole Johnson

2014 was a rough year for Michael Phelps but 2015 is off to a great start.
The Olympian proposed to his girlfriend Nicole Johnson on Feb. 21, and, as Phelps Instagrammed, "She said yes."
The swimmer and his bride to be, both 29, shared photos on their respective social media accounts of themselves frolicking in the snow to share the good news. Johnson wrote, "I'm gonna be a Mrs."
Phelps was arrested last fall on DUI charges and he went to rehab. He also had a steamy affair with Taylor Lianne Chandler, who RadarOnline.com exclusively revealed was born a man!
