Bruce's Revenge? Inside Jenner's Feud With His Ex Kris Over His Transition

Following Bruce Jenner's split from his wife of 23 years, Keeping up with the Kardashians matriarch, Kris Jenner, the once happily-married couple are now at war over Bruce's transition to become a woman. But according to a source very close to the family, "Bruce is not doing this to spite Kris!"

"He could not care less what Kris thinks or does," the insider tells RadarOnline.com exclusively. "Kris is so far removed from the woman that he fell in love with that she is no longer recognizable to him. She hasn't been for years."

According to the source, "Kris did not cause this either. The fact that she puts such emphasis on beauty and attaining it through surgery, or whatever means necessary, has only made her relationship with Bruce that much worse."

As the 65-year-old former Olympian prepares to undergo gender-reassignment surgery, the source tells RadarOnline.com that the focus has turned to what caused him to make the change.

"Kris has tried to say that this is 'all her fault," the insider claims. "It is no one's fault and it has nothing to do with Kris. She would like to think that everything is about her all the time and it is not."

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Brody, 31 and Brandon Jenner, 33, are "just fed up with their step-mother. Bruce has been very stressed out because Kris hasn't been supportive of him."

"The only thing Kris cares about is how Bruce's announcement will impact the Kardashian-Jenner empire," the insider added.

"Bruce is not doing this for attention," the source insisted. "He is going through with this process because, at this stage of his life, it is what his heart is telling him to do."
